This game kicks me out halfway through every time I join

I have some problem with my game its always kick me out when i was join to the map.So "PLEASE!!" fix it.

The app keeps on glitching and sometimes erases all of my progress. The app also kicks me out of the game for absolutely no reason and there is no problem with Wi-Fi most of the time.
