How to fix On app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the On app on iPhone
Update On app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall On iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix On on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve On network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

On Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix On not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the On App
1. On android, goto Settings » On » click [Force Stop]

Update On to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear On App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » On » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart On.

Fix On unable to contact server/ On internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click On » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto On » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
