I’m not able to swipe/close out of my BoBo app, and get back to my Home Screen without shutting off and then turning on my phone again. Anyone else having this problem?

How to fix BoBo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BoBo app on iPhone
Update BoBo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BoBo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BoBo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BoBo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BoBo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BoBo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BoBo App
1. On android, goto Settings » BoBo » click [Force Stop]

Update BoBo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BoBo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BoBo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BoBo.

Fix BoBo unable to contact server/ BoBo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BoBo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BoBo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BoBo
