How to fix Yalla app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Yalla app on iPhone
Update Yalla app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Yalla iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Yalla on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Yalla network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Yalla Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Yalla not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Yalla App
1. On android, goto Settings » Yalla » click [Force Stop]

Update Yalla to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Yalla App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Yalla » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Yalla.

Fix Yalla unable to contact server/ Yalla internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Yalla » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Yalla » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Yalla
