Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Short app issues:

Force Stop the Short App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Short app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Short to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Short App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Short app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Short.
