It won’t connect. No matter what I do it won’t find the watch.

How do I get off the metric system??

The watch only worked for a few hours. The watch will only connect to Bluetooth for music but it won’t connect to the watch itself. The screen won’t turn on and you will have no access to the other applications of the watch and VBand . Do not get it.

Won’t pair with iPhone 11.

Nice watch but useless when they won’t connect to VBand so that you can update time, etc. what is the point of a watch when it won’t show the correct information. Disappointed. Waste of money and I bought 4!!!!

I had multiple issues with this watch and I have emailed them 3 times now with no response. They won’t even let me return it so now I’m stuck with a watch that I can’t even pair with my phone!

VBand doesn’t work with an iPhone 12. Can’t get the watch and phone to stay connected. I pair it and it loses connection after 5 seconds. Weather doesn’t work. Support is barely support. Be careful

... you don’t pair the watch to the phone first. If your phone is paired to the watch, VBand won’t see the watch. My watch is now synchronized but there’s no way to get out of the metric system.

Needs a way to add a keyboard to the watch!! Kinda feel like I was scammed, since it only works half way like an Apple Watch but is sold as an Apple Watch!!

The watch won’t power on. Been on the charger for 2 days. I can not get to turn on. I’m not sure what’s wrong with it.

Want to change from metric

The watch says it able to make calls however whenever I try to call out I get this error icon showing the Bluetooth sign with the music sign saying it’s not connected ? Yet when I’m getting a call I shows up on the watch but I’m not able to answer it. Very frustrating.

Need to switch degree and distance (F and miles)? VBand doesn’t

I need to switch to Fahrenheit. How do I do that? In the other settings, I do not have the option under body temp to change it. Plus, my weather is Celsius and I need Fahrenheit.

How do I set the time? I couldn’t Synchronize the watch to my phone app. I use an iPhone. How do I “add device”?

App is great and everything working fine, but I have noticed that after update, my watch ck29 V2.6, during measuring body temperature show 36,4C and app showing 97,7F ?

Also, when using iphone I don’t have weather showing on my watch.

Now wearher notification is showing 20C all the time. Not changing according to my location from my phone.

Why is that?
Please can you fix this issues?
