Sometimes I cannot hear the voice on the phone call. I can read the caption, but there is no sound/voice coming from the phone. Can you tell me why and how to fix this. It helps to also hear as I am reading the conversation. Thank you.

How to fix ‘Ōlelo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ‘Ōlelo app on iPhone
Update ‘Ōlelo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ‘Ōlelo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ‘Ōlelo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ‘Ōlelo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

‘Ōlelo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ‘Ōlelo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ‘Ōlelo App
1. On android, goto Settings » ‘Ōlelo » click [Force Stop]

Update ‘Ōlelo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ‘Ōlelo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ‘Ōlelo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ‘Ōlelo.

Fix ‘Ōlelo unable to contact server/ ‘Ōlelo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ‘Ōlelo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ‘Ōlelo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ‘Ōlelo
