I have a reface that will not complete (saying taking longer than usual) and i cannot get it off my screen to do other things in the app, please help as i use this app almost every day, this app is great, i wish all you guys a great day. Alan.
Keeps saying whoops there’s an error. Was just working a few minutes ago.
Attempting to reface GIFs and only the first frame is changed and it saves it as a single image. I need the entire GIF refaced. Anyone else having this issue?
"Search" doesn't work at all
Most of the songs are missing for Lip Synch and most of the videos can’t be found.
What happened to the gifs and videos from tv shows and movies? They’re all gone, and now there’s just weird gifs that don’t relate to what I’m looking for. I’ve been using the app since 2019, so this is really disappointing. I just did the permanent payment because of how much I like this app, but now it’s different.
Why has audio disappeared from video clip once refaced and saved?

Guys revoice has disappeared from the app I'm half through a very important film and this was essential to it.. Why has revoice and lip sync vanished when I payed out right for the app
I tried running Reface on my iPhone. I just get a repeating splash screen sequence that never allows me to access the app. I deleted and re-downloaded three more times, always with the same result. Maybe don't want my business? Trying iFace now. So far, it looks similar to the Reface demo I watched on YouTube. Just the same, I'm more of a desktop guy than iPhone user, so it would be great to get a recommendation on a free-to-use face swap product that will run on a Windows 10 desktop.

Same problem as Ken below, Lip sync and Revoice work OK. But when I try to use Swap Face it opens the “buy” Pro page . I close that and takes me back to the home page. No pictures can be downloaded to use swap face. I deleted the app and reinstalled…same thing. Please advise

I have the pro version and keep getting oops it stopped working error!
ReFace was awesome for me until September 2022. Now faces are not much different from the original source. Doesn't look like the new faces added. They still have not fixed it as of Oct. 30, 2022. I am a Pro user and for the past two months the app is worthless.
Reface is no longer putting the faces on my content. Just has the face floating way off it’s mark like a ghost instead of on its intended target. Please fix I’m a pro user and live this app
reface keeps say oops no face detected then it goes to some stupid advertizment I pay for pro so please fix this problem asap......
