Disaster App of the year

this app is a disaster app, and definitely it’s not suggestible app to download into mobile phones.

Its been half day since I have been using aha and below are the bugs/defects noticed in aha .

The main problem is, an account is not synchronized across the multiple devices.

Apple TV App:
1. In the official website they have mentioned that it’s compatible with Apple TV, but it’s not really compatible.
2. Even though you have a subscribed user, the profile says “You don’t have any active subscriptions”. And will not allow you to watch anything.
3. With in aha navigation is not user friendly and smooth as when you compare with other apps in Apple TV.

Apple Mobile App:

I was able to login into mobile app for the very first time and logged out after few hours. Since then I have faced bellow issues.

1. When you try to login using mobile number it’ll not allow you to login.
2. If you try to login with your email, aha is crashing with out any error messages.
3. If you try to login again, app stuck with Blank Screen.
4. If you contact the customer care, they’ll guide you through offload the apps data, delete aha and ask you to reinstall aha . After doing this step you’ll see point 3 issue.
5. Now the agent will ask you to follow setup 4 and ask you to restart the mobile, at the issue is still persists. The next answer suggestion from agent is that, login through web browser and cast to your tv.

Extremely Frustrating Experience with Aha App on Mobile and TV

I purchased an annual subscription to the this app app last year, and it has been a deeply disappointing experience. Nine out of ten times, I encounter error messages when trying to play videos, both on mobile and TV. Despite my persistent efforts and multiple daily attempts, the videos rarely play.

I’ve tried troubleshooting by uninstalling and reinstalling aha multiple times, but it has made no difference. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I feel that the money spent on this subscription has been a complete waste. It seems like there’s little to no value in the service provided, and I question the quality of testing done on aha.

It should be a straightforward process to enjoy the content I’ve paid for, yet it has become a daily hassle. I hope the developers address these issues promptly to improve the user experience and provide the service they promise. Until then, I cannot recommend aha to anyone.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

If you are in USA and trying to download aha and subscribe then I highly recommend not to waste your time and money.

App is full of bugs. Subscription flow doesn’t work as expected. Money gets deducted from your credit card but app won’t realize about that the payment was done and continue to show the red Subscribe button and does nothing more than that.

You can never reach their support either through chat or through phone line or even through email. You will never receive any response in any of these channels. And I don’t know if there is any other way we can reach them other than flying over to their Hyderabad office.

Unable to sync to TV

Hi, I am unable to sync to my LG smart tv. I had no problems syncing my tv with the phone but later there would be several occasions where my tv would not properly log in automatically or give me trouble atleast for some time and then would sync automatic without a problem. One time , did not sync automatically and i tried to log out. I could not log out. I changed the password on lap top and tried to sync/login. Unable to watch this app on TV because the account would not sync. Also unable to logout of the tv app to login back again. Also tried uninstalling aha on tv and logging in after reinstalling. No luck. Request you to fix the this app app for smart tv. LG

Developers need to fix this P1 issue ASAP

App is not able to find the local networks even after aha is having the permission ton local networks and on same device. I tried to cast in my TV and this issue is never been resolved from almost over a month now. I wonder what the developers and QA team are doing with testing this main feature. You guys better fix aha issues or just admit your failure to maintain it, atleast customers won’t have to pay for the subscription to faulty app.

At the end the reply for my comment would be simply - sorry to hear you had to go through this experience , please reach out to the customer support to get this resolved. 😂

Tons of bugs for google sign in

Lot of issues show up if you are using google sign . Lot of unnecessary checks in aha that ruin the experience and the good content aha has. I have 2 tv in home and every once in a while they sign me out and adding the tv back is a nightmare because of the two device limits. Surprised with the amount of effort they made to restrict to 2 apps, ideally they should restrict to 2 parallel streaming instead. Understand they want to restrict login sharing but they have to fix it the right way, none of the other apps have this issue. Billing also is weird website tells 35$ per year but if you are subscribed via google you will be charged 50 odd dollars.

Good content with Pathetic App

Good content but app issues are never ending, few movies are keep stuck at a specific point as if old days CDs and Custcare was keep asking me to unlink devices, clear cache and re-login etc for 5-6 times though I provided all the details with screenshots to customer care support and saying that wasn’t working.
Every time new custcare representative will take up case and start from scratch without starting from last step. I provided multiple movie names which are keep stuck at same point, once it stuck we need to kill aha , and restart and either forward beyond that point where it got stuck previously else it will stuck at same point, even if we forward, it will stuck at new point and need to repeat the process.

On top of that, sound keep reducing and if we volume up thinking that it is low volume , suddenly it will blow up

Instead of fixing the issue , they keep saying same thing that clear cache and reinstall app.

I’m able to watch 4K movies without issues in all other apps like Netflix or Prime or HBO max, so it can’t be WiFi issue

Worst Customer Service

I have many entertainment apps, never find any difficulties. If at all Find any difficulty there’s immediate support available.

In case of aha “this app”, the worst customer service that I’ve ever faced on this planet. I’m not exaggerating, unfortunately, that’s true!

I subscribed in July 2021 for one year, worked for two and half months. After that problem started saying subscribe to watch prime videos. I was shocked and approached support team through emails. No response at all. Called customer support, after couple of tries finally one lady answered and said, “send your subscription details in the email and they (support team) will respond” was the answer.

Sent the details after two months they instructed to sign out and sign in. Nothing worked. To my surprise they gave 14 day free trial in January 2022. Again after 14 days connection got cut and was asking to subscribe again. Again emailed to support team, till today no response!!!

Subscribed for one year worked for two and half months, and my renewal date is approaching in 5 months. No idiot is worrying to respond till date.

I gave one star, since there’s no option for zero! WORST WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Pathetic app after recent update

App has become unusable after update literally. Keeps asking for ‘Subscribe’ literally every time I open aha and taking me to payment page (its been paid off till Nov ‘22). ‘Restore Payment’ what a joke this option is as it keeps saying account is not in existence with current credentials. What a pathetic customer service to customers in USA. Trying to connect to an agent and it just kept saying connecting to an agent for over an eternity. Phone line is always busy. The IPAD app is working only on portrait mode even when put on landscape mode. This is not the case earlier but I’m least bothered about it now looking at the other problems. Please atleast give a chance to revert back to old app. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Starting itself worst experience.

I tried to subscribe from web, after user id/password , it took payment page. After submitting payment we will get “oops something went wrong page” with Vijay Dhevarakonda pic. But there is charge on credit card. There is no way we can reach customer service, tried online chat option and it is no available always. We have to wait for 10-15 mi to get response when they are available. After connecting they will keep on telling that they can’t see any transaction even though we share credit card payment screen shot. Bank tell there won’t be any transaction ids on credit card transactions, there is only reference no. 0898 and provided that to support through email. Still there response or activation of service. After all I don’t have any trust about this service. Try to improve the basic customer experience. I have to dispute the transaction now.

Best worst app of the century!

No one can create a app worst than this! Congrats you have own the best worst app of the century! Looks like we paid to app only to practice… patience, ignorance, learn more to count till 10 and pray some power to make aha work each time it gets updated. Ever since i was forced to update aha v2.0 i was never able to login and use my subscription and its more than 5 days now. Are you planning to return the services? Or going to fix only to subscribers who you know and reaching you? Not even a curtsey communication about Ongoing issue and when it would be resolved! Looks like typical low grade streaming company just grab money and leave customers with no option or fix only subscriptions only who were able to reach customer support. If you charging us fee in USD, we expect minimum customer support in US time. Never seen any app down with basic login issues for 5 days now. Frustrating and ridiculous app !

App not working properly in TV

aha is not working in TV as it works in Phone and web browser. No option to start the movie from the beginning if it was left in the middle. Instead of an option if you can make it work how it is working in mobile or browser would be helpful. I am writing this from very long and had multiple talks with the customer care and the response will update in the next release. The release happened and nothing was fixed. I am very frustrated to use aha on TV and getting very irritated as there is no option to start the movie from the beginning. Hope you can take it forward and get this fixed.

Aha 2.0

I’ve been experiencing a lot of issues since this app 2.0 was rolled out. I got kicked off from devices very frequently & unable to log back in. It used to say i reached max devices when I logged into only 1 device. Reached out to customer service , Sarayu helped fixing the issue. She was very courteous & patient during whole comversation. I was very frustrated since it happened many times in couple weeks but she stayed calm during whole conversation. Keep up the good work Sarayu.!

Coming to this app - team it would nice if you guys have support in US time zones as well . I waited a day to get hold of a customer care agent. And please fix the bugs ASAP.

Need to change the player options

Everything good except the player options. That’s the reason I’m giving 3 stars because every time when I want forward the video it’s very hard. You should include to scroll for forward the movies and also you should include start from the beginning. Please include these in the next update. And one more irritating part is most of the time when I open aha it will keep asking do you love aha ? and here you should include the option as never ask and later..!
I hope you will include in the next update.

Great content but equally disasters App

Great content every Friday night to binge. Ever since this 2.0 came into live, problems are never ending with logging issues, device linking issues and no proper error reporting. How in the world 1 device linked will notify exceeds number of devices. Every app update will sign out from all logged in devices. It became so much pain in the back every time I open aha . No customer support in US is pathetic. Have to call India toll free number to get login issues addressed. It is testing patience levels but it will not last long if this continues. It’s not a free app. Please understand that and act on it. If anytime I have to opt out of this platform will be because of this freaking app. Kudos to Bobby and his team for delivering this disasters app.

Out of INDIA .. better not subscribe (esp USA)

Worst experience..... guys who are all in US don’t go for year subscription. Heard lot of issues and I have personally experienced access issues and content not available issues. Customer care service is pathetic .. they keep bugging U with same questions and screenshots.
Most funniest part is ...they don’t have cancellations whether aha works or not.

Note: If u guys want to buy, subscribe for month and everything works fine for u then go for year subscription.

Good content with streaming issues

The content is great with lots of good shows and movies. But the streaming is frustrating on firestick and Apple TV. It is very difficult to forward or rewind. Sometimes aha crashes when I am trying to forward or rewind. And when I re-open aha , I have to start watching from the beginning, instead of where I stopped watching that tv show or movie the last time or try to forward again hoping it would not crash again. It’s really frustrating.

App is a disaster. doesn’t work on TV

Worst customer service. Since the day 1 of purchase, aha doesn’t open on tv. It doesn’t go beyond the black this app screen. I emailed support several times. The only response they ah e was try reinstalling. I told it didn’t work.. and they didn’t have the courtesy to respond even after several follow ups. I’ve asked atleast to refund and close my annual Subscription.. still no response. Very disappointed with the service. Be careful and check that aha works on your tv before purchasing subscription..

Excellent app for exclusive Telugu movies and web series

When aha is introduced, I thought it couldn’t survive among other bigger, broader and richer OTT platforms. But this app surpassed all my expectations.

this app started evolving into a bigger and better platform and it n a short period of time. These guys are making a lot of original web series and encouraging small budget movies. The movies being dubbed from other languages are also taken very good care with decent language and songs.

I wish they evolve in to much better and provide us with more original content in Telugu.

Great content but mediocre app

I enjoy the entertainment content on this app, however the this app on Apple TV app is beyond nightmare. It always asks to link device for every time I login aha and this experience is very frustrating.

The chat option is fully controlled by a bot so it's hard to convey my issues through help channel. Hope they will invest better on app integration & customer service, otherwise this service is doomed to fail.
