Can’t Sign In

App will not let me sign in. I’m able to log in on the website with no problem. I updated my password just in case, but the app still doesn’t let me sign in. Would love to use the app instead of the mobile site.

This APP IS HORRIBLE!!!
Their rules are LIES in regards to refund. I WAS UNHAPPY with a logo a freelancer made, MORE THAN TWICE, due to the fact that I could LITERALLY GOOGLE! The images she was using. So I kindly asked for a refund and have now been Coerced through meaningless dialog for 3WEEKS! STILL TO NO ACTION OR REFUND! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY EVEN IF YOURE NOT HAPPY! STAY AWAYYYYY!!!!!
