How to fix ArtWall app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ArtWall app on iPhone
Update ArtWall app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ArtWall iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ArtWall on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ArtWall network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ArtWall Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ArtWall not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ArtWall App
1. On android, goto Settings » ArtWall » click [Force Stop]

Update ArtWall to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ArtWall App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ArtWall » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ArtWall.

Fix ArtWall unable to contact server/ ArtWall internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ArtWall » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ArtWall » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ArtWall
