How to fix Maimovie app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Maimovie app on iPhone
Update Maimovie app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Maimovie iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Maimovie on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Maimovie network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Maimovie Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Maimovie not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Maimovie App
1. On android, goto Settings » Maimovie » click [Force Stop]

Update Maimovie to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Maimovie App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Maimovie » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Maimovie.

Fix Maimovie unable to contact server/ Maimovie internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Maimovie » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Maimovie » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Maimovie
