4 months agoI SPENT HOURS PUTTING TOGETHER A XMAS PARTY FOOD ORDER, PAID FOR MY ORDER AND SCHEDULED A PICKUP AT THE AGREED TIME ONLY TO BE TOLD THE ST THOMAS STORE IS NOT IN THE COSTCO SYSTEM!! 2 OF MY EMPLOYEES WASTED HOURS TRYING TO GET AN AWNSER AS WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS,I FINALLY WAS TOLD THAT THEY DID NOT PREPARE MY ORDER BECAUSE "ST THOMAS STORE IS NOT IN THE SYSTEM AND COSTCOS MAIN INTEREST WAS MAKING CUSTOMERS HAPPY IN TRINIDAD " ???I REMINDED HER MY MEMBERSHIP WAS IN ST THOMAS. COSTCO TOOK A $7-800 FOOD ORDER AND ACCEPTED MY PAYMENT, THEN FAILED TO HONOR OUR AGREEMENT, IMPACTING THE PREPARATION OF A XMAS PARTY GATHERING AND WASTING 2 HOURS FOR 2 OF MY STAFFS TIME GIVING SENCICAL ANSWERS SUCH AS HER CONCERNS "OF MAKING SURE THE CUSTOMERS IN YOUR MAIN LOCATION ,TRINIDAD WERE HAPPY"???

Time consuming, can’t reorder, very dumb AI support.
Spent about hour going thru total store items to pick create an order. The order and pickup went perfect. Now I want to use previous order as a start for next order. Should be simple but of course not. Less stressful to just go in to store next time in David (30 min) and get the usual stuff $250 item monthly list. Could and should be very simple to program old to new spreadsheets for reordering. Programmer #101. ****latest update...now if you look at detail of previous ordered item your app is locked up. I guess the public is the initial testing group. Good thing they are not a restaurant.

I think it’s useless app it Didn’t show how to enter the online store it’s not an easy to use app. To Enter the store you have to click the account tab and while there click on the tiny like words that says buy again that takes you to The online store. I guess they want members to use the app like it was the membership card guess to save on plastic cost

needs a serious update
1. its keeps telling you wrong password but when i use same password online it works 2. based on email this app is only for use as a digital card but that is poort customer service 3. this app should be user friendly as all other big brand name stores. note: this company is a good store and i love for trinidad they hv home delivery now due to covid. but the app needs work. the online website could use an update as well to compete with other companies as yourself. for instance a save for later button so we dont hv to keep looking through 126 pages of items lol
