Why SkywardsEveryday does not scan shop receipts and salespeople must manually enter the long-digit receipt number? This whole procedure of manual typing, and then password confirmation, takes so much time from the shop. When entering these numbers, salespeople make errors, start over, and so much time is wasted. I am really shocked that the design of this procedure does not simply scan a receipt no. Alternatively, these skywards numbers can be simply used loyalty cards numbers at the participating shops, and all purchases will automatically top up the miles balance without any manual entry of each receipt and password. You have to do something on this matter, otherwise SkywardsEveryday is really badly designed and unfriendly to both the salespeople and to skyward members.

After the new update we dont get any point and i have made many purchases in many stores ! Just return the old way it was way better !!

Takes too long to load and can’t find approved locations

It does not add your points when you use Apple Pay to make a purchase in there partnered stores

First app that I’ve tried to use that won’t work if location services are off. Very irritating.

I’ve linked my card. And I’m using Apple Pay. But still didn’t get any miles.

I can’t open SkywardsEveryday when I’m in an outlet, whether it’s a shop or restaurant, 5G or wifi, it just keeps hanging.

App keep loading and not working.

An app with great potential, however the implementation is very poor. You need to open the open 2-3 times before you can carry out any activity. To claim a reward or submit a rewards takes too many steps. Suggestion, replace all these numerous steps with a bar or QR code. The merchants find it takes too many steps to enter a reward and the users are frustrated having to open SkywardsEveryday multiple times to get to your chosen retail outlet or vendor.

Not friendly use , take always time to do it , why i cant scanned the invoice!! Why i have to ask them to give me the code to add mile !! Most of them don't know about to code they have to ask there manger so wait for them to find the manger or supervisor to put his code ! And also i have to give him my phone to put the code thats not good and waste of time .

Please find other way or only let your member can scanned the code in invoices it’s enough

It seems the developer went MIA. No updates for the past 6 months. SkywardsEveryday stop working and the retails that show offers doesn’t load anymore
