Why this app does not scan shop receipts and salespeople must manually enter the long-digit receipt number? This whole procedure of manual typing, and then password confirmation, takes so much time from the shop. When entering these numbers, salespeople make errors, start over, and so much time is wasted. I am really shocked that the design of this procedure does not simply scan a receipt no. Alternatively, these skywards numbers can be simply used loyalty cards numbers at the participating shops, and all purchases will automatically top up the miles balance without any manual entry of each receipt and password. You have to do something on this matter, otherwise this app is really badly designed and unfriendly to both the salespeople and to skyward members.

After the new update we dont get any point and i have made many purchases in many stores ! Just return the old way it was way better !!
