How to fix Beer Buddy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Beer Buddy app on iPhone
Update Beer Buddy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Beer Buddy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Beer Buddy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Beer Buddy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Beer Buddy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Beer Buddy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Beer Buddy App
1. On android, goto Settings » Beer Buddy » click [Force Stop]

Update Beer Buddy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Beer Buddy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Beer Buddy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Beer Buddy.

Fix Beer Buddy unable to contact server/ Beer Buddy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Beer Buddy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Beer Buddy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
