Hello I am a new user the the copper app a little after getting it I heard you can do things to earn gift cards and/or cash to spend on debit card and when I go to the earn section on the app it show a loading screen then just sends me back to the Main page and I know this is not on my end because I’m using a brand new phone and have good cellular/WiFi

My granddaughter Violet Gosser had a copper card. She lost it, canceled and replaced it. She now has the new card, but the card that shows on her phone is the OLD card number. She has no idea how to delete the old one and hsve the new card show on her phone. Can you help?
