Will not save my password will not let me reset my password I can’t retrieve my password and everything slow and old does it show you any details do you need to update us

I have been using CoServ for many years. I like the UI and the content layout in general but CoServ has been crashing very frequently especially when you try to view certain Usage data. If CoServ is not stable, no matter what other good features it has. Users will just stop using it. Please fix the issues quickly.

Horrible app just like the web site. Hopefully they board didn’t pay millions for CoServ. Total junk

Horrible application. From authentication to logging you in.. My grandmas Windows 98 worked faster than this waste App Store space. Fix the logging in please, make the UX experience faster and more intuitive. Less is more cause there is just too much going on and it’s all useless.
P.S Even with the correct credentials I’m unable to log into my account using this lousy app.

Trying to make a new password but every attempt is meet with a message, I can’t read the message due CoServ ’s inability to correctly display the instructions.

Just sign onto their website instead of using this worthless app. It’s easier and has useful features. CoServ doesn’t even allow you to compare months or years or anything.

So now I know my high rates are being used to write junk programs like this. Swell. ☹️ this app seems to be really good at wasting my money. Since they are monopoly, I cannot switch.

I absolutely despise this app.

Good thing this app is a great utility. Unfortunately, CoServ is not very good. I cannot log in after going through the setup process. Will try again later. I am ok with them going cheap on app development if it keeps my electric rates down.

I could not use current password with new account number. It’s not user friendly! I received a new temporary password and still get error message. CoServ sounds like it has need for much improvement judging by other comments. If it is going to be helpful to manage usage it should be developed from better end user perspective

I didn’t want to download this app’s stupid app but their website wouldn’t allow me to add my credit card expiration date, CoServ worked no better. Imagine having to resort to the ancient pay by phone method. Even the pay by phone was weird, slow and cumbersome. I will be deleting CoServ now, useless.

Cannot login anymore saying error please try again. Email and password is correct I guess app needs some bug fixes.

I can’t utilize this to do a thing. Manage settings, nope. All I can do is pay my bill. I think I signed up for auto pay ,although it keeps saying in red that I need to sign up. Needs work, you can do better.

Enrollment works: this app wasn’t clear that you need to start an account from scratch. Your old login info isn’t relevant.

Took card but wouldn’t enroll until next billing cycle so I had to make this month’s payment manually. CoServ erred out 2x so I tried online. Only then did it explain you can’t schedule a cc payment on line so I went pack to CoServ and successfully made a payment today.

Can’t seem to enable face ID (or at he very least, remember my email so i can autofill the password), and it definitely won’t let me add my cell #.

So lots of data here, but presented in a super hard to use way. Looks like the backend is cleaned up, hoping to see UI improvements in the future, see Tesla solar for inspiration.

Current usage shows from July (we are in Jan) and the graphs are very hard to read and can’t be zoomed. Ideally, current usage should show an actual number instead of showing a busy graph with x-axis all jumbled up.

So far each time I use this new app it always shows an error when submitting the payment so I have to submit it twice. Seems very glitchy and unreliable. Needs some work!

CoServ gets the job done. The UI is pretty janky and I would rather not enter my payment info directly. Apple Pay would be a nice feature, otherwise CoServ really doesn’t offer much over the website

When CoServ works, it works great. However, when I try to view usage for a specific day or for a time period CoServ crashes. Happens quite frequently.

Great customer service. They have a new system and I wasn’t getting the temp email and they were able to solve it on fb messenger in a heartbeat. The new system have all the data and analysis anyone can dream of. Great job with the smart hub

Smart Hub roll out was terrible, had to delete app and use browser to get logged on. Still not sure if I am set up.

App works great!
