Unfinished App shouldn’t release on App Store
This is another awful app from AYA Bank. Shame on the developer who developed this app and the management team. At least, you should try your app before uploading on the App Store. Some functions/button are not working. And the UI is awful too. It feels like the App is developed by the developers who haven’t used any iOS App or Another Banking App from the App Store.

No NRC data to be chosen
When I tried to upgrade full KYC, I need to fill my NRC data but there is no 5/KALATA option in their list. So, I can’t upgrade full KYC yet and can’t connect with my bank account. And sometimes the app itself log out while using other functions.
