When it takes about 8 minutes to go through the drive through, and 16 minutes to get a drink with FiiZDrinksApp , it’s obviously a better idea to just forget about downloading FiiZDrinksApp ...

I had everything all set up and really liked FiiZDrinksApp . Then it went wacky and I had to set myself back up again. Ever since then I have not been able to use FiiZDrinksApp to order ahead because it won’t let me complete the process of entering my credit card info. I thought this would be fixed by now since it’s been a few months, but I guess I’ll to switch to Swig since it is closer to my house.

Really clunky app. Too many steps to set up. Timed out several times in the setup process and never let me move all the way to the end where I could actually order. Just ended up waiting in the huge-long line in Highland instead. Fix FiiZDrinksApp ...

My biggest hate is I’m often the only person here waiting, but FiiZDrinksApp will still make me wait 20 min before I can press the bring my drink button. Even though it’s clearly ready long before that.

I like FiiZDrinksApp , but find myself frustrated with the “I’m here” option. Even when I get FiiZDrinksApp notification that my order is ready for pick-up, I get an error telling me to hang tight if it hasn’t hit my anticipated pick up time. The logic for order pickup needs updating.

Nothing will load for me, it’s not my wifi because every pther food app and app in general I use is working properly. Would be really nice if it actually worked

It’s so weird FiiZDrinksApp says there’s a BRING ME MY ORDER button but there’s not. Luckily my location will bring it outside for you but you have to call first and they don’t always answer the phone

Ordering and the menu is great, but when I arrive to pick up it frequently tells me I need location services on even though they already are. Also if I navigate away from FiiZDrinksApp it’s difficult to trigger the “I’m here” button.

Love FiiZDrinksApp ! Would be great if the drink I order was actually available to be ordered. It’s not even listed anywhere. 🤷🏼‍♀️

There’s a big sign in the parking lot that says “Curbside App Order Pickup” then “When you arrive tap “BRING MY ORDER” and we’ll bring your order out to you”... but there’s no “BRING MY ORDER” button to tap in FiiZDrinksApp ...

I ordered online so I wouldn’t have to wait in line at the store but there is not “bring it out to me” button on FiiZDrinksApp so I had to wait in line anyways.

I’ve loved using FiiZDrinksApp until today. They did an update and now FiiZDrinksApp no longer works.

I love Fiiz but his app is so glitchy! I am trying to order from the Spanish Fork location and it has my drinks being ready at the Mapleton location.

Needs your hidden menu and a way to save your favorite drinks to our profiles. It would make reordering a lot easier. Love it other than that!!!

FiiZDrinksApp is good, but I would like to see an option to customize the amount of ice they put in the drinks. Also I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to pick up my drink outside the store or through the drive through because it wasn’t clear.

New to FiiZDrinksApp. One thing I noticed is you can’t look at the menu without ordering. Not a big deal. But sometimes to make a recommendation it would be nice not to have to go through the order to see the menu.

FiiZDrinksApp is pretty good, there is no “bring it out to me” button, so me and my friends had to go into the store to get our drinks. It was a slow day there so luckily there was no line to wait in, but it would be really good if there actually was a button. A week or two ago, FiiZDrinksApp was down, and the whole thing didn’t work at all. I was really glad when I opened it up this week and it worked again. Anyway, pretty good app, but could use a few improvements.

Kinda.. their website totally blows. I just got a gift card for this place and had no way to check the balance. Their website said that I could use their app to figure it out. I had to make an account in order to check the balance for some reason. In the end though, it did a SUPER good job at telling me exactly what the balance on the card was. Their website does not lie! But I feel like it probably could have done that without me needing an account. So it’s like an 8/10, 4/5, 2/2.5. Does what it says it does but could do it better.

A few years ago FiiZDrinksApp was an honest joke. It was barely functional, only included a quarter of the menu, and you couldn’t order from it.

Now, however, it’s a legitimate app. You can not only order through FiiZDrinksApp , but do all of the customizations for drinks (different sodas/syrups, etc). There isn’t nutritional information for all of the treats, but some of it is there. I’ve only used FiiZDrinksApp to order a few times (I generally just order at the actual location), but every time I’ve used it, it has worked great.

I absolutely love Fiiz! The convenience of their app is amazing, I have always had the option of hitting the bring my order button, however, they always seem to beat me to it by having my drink curbside before hand! Fiiz knows what customer service is, and unfortunately most Local places are more worried about their cash and employee conversations.

The UI is just pretty bad, I had to enter in info usually two or more times. And the experience overall was just less than pleasant.
