This app will not allow you to use tracking “only while using” and frankly it’s none of my employer’s business where I’m at when I’m not on the clock. Also if the job isn’t at the exact address it won’t show you as on the job. If given the choice I’d rather go back to paperwork on a clipboard.

Every time I try to verify a job location it is off by 9 miles. It is never accurate.
We could put a robot vehicle on Mars, but we can’t have a app that works properly.

But having this app it makes the dispatch process so much easier with our operators. When you have second ups you don’t have to worry about whether or not they have a blank job tag because you notify them and “💥” it is there. You don’t have to worry about the operator loosing there ticket because you get it directly from PumpMagic. Customers get copies immediately once they sign. Your operators punch in and out directly on the app as well. Job site issue and conditions the snap a picture and it gets tagged directly to the job/day/time so you have what we you need. Couldn’t ask for a better app.
