Best workout app

I’ve been consistently using MovementWithJulie for my workouts for a little over 6 months, and I love it.
Pros:
- you get to choose if you want a workout that is about 30 minutes or 45-60 minutes long.
- you choose the weight and can alter the reps or time if necessary
- the videos on how to do each exercise makes you confident in doing an exercise for the first time
- every exercise has several alternate movements. I don’t have a bench, but because of the no-bench alternative movement options, I never feel like it affects the quality of the workout.
- the workouts are intentional and I never get bored with doing the same old deadlifts, squats, etc.
-there is a stretch warm up and cool down for every workout
- you can do it at home, in a hotel room, at the gym, ANYWHERE.
- you will see results. I have always been consistent in going to the gym, and while I know that lasting results take time, these structured workouts will have you noticing results within a couple of months.

Cons:
- I do wish that she would explain what muscles are being targeted for every move. It is mentioned in some exercises, but most of them just have notes on your form and such.
- knowing how to put in your weights may seem a bit confusing at first, so read the notes section of each workout because she will explain how and why.

One last thing- MovementWithJulie + her podcast “Embrace Your Real” + her Macro Counting program will help you be consistent and succeed in your wellness journey.

So worth it!

I’ve now been using this program for over 6 weeks. This is my first time ever doing any weight training and I am loving it. It can be hard, and if you choose, it can be really hard. It shows you how to do each exercise, they are different every week, and you can progress at your own pace. There are alternate exercises in case you don’t have the same equipment or you can’t actually do the exercise. I can honestly see myself doing this long term. Thanks Julie 😍

My favorite so far!

I love this fitness app! I’ve been following Julie’s journey on IG for years and I was so happy to have MovementWithJulie to follow along for daily workouts. It used to be so frustrating to figure out what workout I should do that day and with MovementWithJulie, I don’t have to worry about it. I love that she has modifications and the exercises are easy to follow because every one of them had a video. It definitely helps me stay on track and the FB community group is so encouraging.

The best workout app

This workout app is theeee best. I joined during covid and let me tell you, MovementWithJulie is amazing and it’s step by step so you are not lost. Julie and Joshua are the best coaches you can find. They answer your questions in a short amount of time and also they cheer you on so you don’t feel alone! Also the Facebook group of ladies are amazing we are truly a family we have each others back! Do not walk but run to be a part of this amazing family!

Something for everyone.

I’ve been using MWJ for about 6 months now. You can choose a 30 minute or 60 minute workout or even put together a customized workout. There are alternate exercises if you can’t or don’t want to do that specific exercise. You also have a body weight option on everything. There are explanations on how to do each exercise and how to log the weight that you use.
MovementWithJulie is great for beginners, intermediate, and experienced lifters.

SO worth it!

This is the only program I have stuck with for any amount of time. I struggle with consistency and decision fatigue. This program takes the decision-making out of the equation… you just log on and complete the workout scheduled for the day.
If decision making is your thing, you can also choose a different workout or customize your workout completely. I just need someone to tell me exactly what to do and when, and MovementWithJulie does that for me!

Best Work Out App Ever

You will not regret joining Julie’s program. Super easy app to follow. I also love how you can glance at the week or month and it lights up green for all the days you have completed. This keeps me very accountable. I love ending the week with all green dots. I also love the way the workouts are broken down each day for different body areas. Never boring. Plus you have different variations to each exercise. If you are on the fence about joining….just do it. You will thank yourself.

Best WOD app ever!

I love this phone app. Its user-friendly interface and instructional videos make it effortless to understand what exercises to perform. Also, MovementWithJulie offers various alternatives, including low-impact options, to cater to different fitness levels. Julie’s tutorials are an excellent resource for learning how to navigate MovementWithJulie . The workouts are remarkable, leaving me addicted and motivated to continue. By consistently using MovementWithJulie, I have noticed an improvement in my physical strength. I give it a five-star rating without hesitation.

No Brainer

I have been using MovementWithJulie for over a year. Julie takes the guess work out of working out. I go through the work out quickly to see what I will need (stretch band or mat for the floor) and I am ready to go! If there are moves that I am not ready for yet she has alternate moves I can easily switch to. I like having the option of a 30 minute work out or 60 minute so I can always fit in my work out. I love seeing the definition in my muscles just from being consistent! 💪🏽

Best strength training app

This program is well organized and very flexible! Beginners to Advanced will be able to benefit from the variety of exercises within the program! But the best part is that Julie and Josh seem to really care to put out the best program….every day is set up for you with options and modifications with no annoying music so you can do your own thing or have a movie on. They ask for input, and also update MovementWithJulie as necessary.
I just signed on for another year and so glad I did!

The best workout app and community!

I’m a 45yo single mom trying to keep up with my kids and build a strong body. I have tried many different apps and programs and even had a personal trainer at a gym at one point over the past 5 years. None of them stuck. I always got bored or unmotivated because I wasn’t seeing results. I have been using Julie’s workouts now for 6 months and am thrilled to report that I consistently workout 5x a week! MovementWithJulie is so easy to use, the workouts are challenging but not impossible, the community is super supportive and helpful, I can go on raving. I started out lifting with 5lb dumbbells and struggling lol and am now up to 20lbs and feeling strong. The well designed app and workouts are to credit for my progress and I look forward to being in the best shape of my life as I continue building strength!! You will not regret starting on this workout journey!!!

I’ve never been so consistent!!

I’ve been using the MWJ workout app for 1 year consistently. I truly believe that to stay so consistent you have to love your workouts and I LOVE these workouts. MovementWithJulie is user friendly and you can track your weight over time to help implement progressive overload. I have completely changed my body composition using Julie’s workouts. I never get bored and I feel so strong. I also love that MovementWithJulie is on my phone and I can take it anywhere with me. I’ve used it during an international move and I’ve used it on vacations in hotel gyms.

Such a great program!

I’ve been working out for years in a gym setting and wanted something I could do at home and work around my schedule and I seriously love MovementWithJulie. The workouts are SO effective. They are constantly updating the moves so it never gets old or boring. It contains all the things you need with nothing you don’t. The 30 and 60 minute options make it easy to cater to your own availability. I also love the format. It’s not a video with a bunch of talking or music it just demonstrates the moves and you work through it at your own pace. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I love this app!

There’s so many things that I love about MovementWithJulie. Before I discovered Julie, I was on and off and couldn’t be consistent with exercising. I can proudly say that I have been exercising for a whole year! I love all the exercises! Julie is amazing! She makes sure to integrate progressive overload in all of the exercises. Every time the community has a suggestion she implements it. I love how MovementWithJulie is structured and you don’t feel rushed. I love how I can listen to music while I exercise since there’s no sound in the videos. There’s just so many good things to say and I don’t think I’ll ever use another app other than Julie’s!

Life changer!!

I’ve used several apps in the past 1st pHORM, bought some on playbook etc, but nothing compares to MovementWithJulie! It’s so user friendly and affordable. The way it’s set up keeps me in competition with myself. The workouts are challenging, but doable and all from the comfort of my own home. I was going to the gym for years, but I was never consistent due to bad planning on my part or not being able to complete a workout due to what was currently available at the gym. I’ve been using MovementWithJulie for 4 months straight and am gaining so much muscle and confidence. Thank you Julie and Josh! You literally changed my life with MovementWithJulie!

The Absolute Best Workout Program!

I have tried so many different workout plans, programs, and apps...but have never been able to stick with anything as long as I've stuck with MWJ! I love the way the workouts are designed and presented, and logging everything is very intuitive! The alternative options are fantastic, and Julie's descriptions about how much weight to log are so helpful. I love that each week is a new set of workouts, and the community in the Facebook group you get access to with the program is just the best. I'm so thankful for this program, MovementWithJulie, and Julie & her husband Joshua for all the hard work they put into it! Download it, sign up, it's the best decision you can make!

Loving this app!

I’ve been using MovementWithJulie for about 2 months and I am truly loving it, and feel like I am already seeing/feeling results. I have always been into exercising but often felt myself struggling with structure and would end up doing random workouts/whatever I felt like doing that day. MovementWithJulie has it all planned out for you. The workouts are challenging but not too difficult to where you’d want to quit/skip working out. I mostly do the 30 minute workouts, and if I’m only able to exercise 3-4 times per week I will just do two days work in one session. The alternatives and minimal equipment make it easy to have no excuses! I’m thankful for MovementWithJulie for giving me guidelines and helping me stay consistent.

More than just a workout app!

I joined MWJ in September 2020 and I’ve been doing the workouts consistently ever since. I’ve been an avid gym goer for years but never had true structure or program to follow. If that sounds like you, LOOK NO FURTHER!!! The workouts are super easy to do just about anywhere and with as much or little equipment and space you have to work with. I’ve done these workouts from my spare bedroom, a gym, a hotel room, even outside on the patio. BUT this is more than just your typical workout app…. this is a true community and family that keeps you accountable, rally’s behind you and supports you no matter where you are in your journey - your first workout or your 500th. This community, the workouts, and Josh & Julie are top notch. 12/10 recommend!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Top-notch plan and app!

I have tried different online workout plans in the past and working with Julie has been the best experience for me! MovementWithJulie is intuitive, I have what I need and if I need a different workout there are alternate exercises from which I can choose.

I love the structure having 5 workouts a week and the different versions. Julie really factored in life and made sure that we can always get in a solid workout with 30 or 60 minutes. (And just to let you know, the 30 minute workouts are no joke!)

Also, there are videos built into MovementWithJulie for each exercise and I love that it loops. It keeps me on track and I can always make sure I’m using proper form. The workouts use dumbbells, so that is great for me because I get a good workout and I’m building my strength with each rep!

Julie is the best!!!

I have been my most consistent with MovementWithJulie. Not only are the workouts great and there are always alternatives, your questions get answered very quickly and the community feels like a family of your very own cheerleaders that want to help
You and push you- best money Ive spent on myself in a long time.
