Very disappointed

I have four different video poker games on both my iPads and my iPhone and although this is a nice game it gives a terrible experience. I purchased a lot of points and within a very short time in one day I lost it all. The other three games I get to actually play for a while and enjoy it. This took all my money so quickly I didn’t know what hit me. I’m a Diamond player at Caesars entertainment casinos and can tell you this game RIPS you off quicker than any casino. It’s very disappointing. I guess they need you to purchase more points to make more money. I don’t recommend this game as there are better ones with more play time and better experience over all. : (
Tournament Prize not received

I have been playing this video poker game for about a year now and really enjoy it. I live in Vegas and it feels like playing the real thing. I am changing my review from a 5 to a 2 because I didn’t receive a tournament prize I won this past week. I was supposed to receive 100k points for coming in the top 10. I reached out to customer service but haven’t received a response. Why waste my points on a tournament if I can’t receive my winnings. Disappointed.

I have tried this several times and lost my money within 5 to 10 minutes. The developer says it’s the same as it is in any casino. In the casino, you can win money, and here it is nothing more than entertainment, and should not be as brutally difficult, as perhaps some casino. $4.99 to be defeated very quickly is absurd. The only winner in this game are the people who are on the app. Sorry, it’s just a fact.
