- Front picture of the app always changes but there is never a new mode

- Some bosses are too luck-based and difficult to beat

- By the time you reach level 50, you're already seeing some reruns

- Too many ads, making it less enjoyable for players

- Not enough modes and characters to choose from

- Some players experience issues with the game not opening or crashing

None of the ads work. If I want to watch an ad for and extra few dice, a new gun, a new character, etc, it just shows a 10-second countdown and does nothing. I am playing on a kindle.

How to fix Hitmasters app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Hitmasters app on iPhone
Update Hitmasters app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Hitmasters iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Hitmasters on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Hitmasters network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Hitmasters Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Hitmasters not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Hitmasters App
1. On android, goto Settings » Hitmasters » click [Force Stop]

Update Hitmasters to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hitmasters App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hitmasters » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hitmasters.

Fix Hitmasters unable to contact server/ Hitmasters internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hitmasters » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hitmasters » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Hitmasters
