Not letting me unsubscribe

Installed and subscribed for the 3 day trial for my 3 year old. I did not realize the game was geared towards older kids until she started playing. I decided to unsubscribe without success. The manage subscription button doesn’t work. The website provided lets me log in but then claims subscriptions on devices won’t show up on the website. Tried to go through a link provided in an email recieved by the app, and it sends me to itunes music that doesn’t even see the app. So If i can’t get in touch with someone in the next 2 days I’ll be getting charged $8.99 for a game I can’t even use.

All I wanted was a good math app for my 7 and 10 year old children plus some fun game for my 3 year old. I got numerous apps to download (40). I downloaded 5 or 6. Going through them, they were all silly maybe baby entertainment. Even on the one that says math, did not have math. I thought this was going to be great so I signed up for a 3 month subscription. I thought I had a week free before the subscription starts. I cancelled. I sure hope so. It is not anything like I expected.

The developer goes into a lot of detail to get you download the app, but the prices are not disclosed until you’ve invested a lot of time reading over the description.
The 3 day trial didn’t work and I wasn’t about to pay for a sub without looking over the content myself.
If you are looking for something that includes at least one free game in the package this is not the app for you.
