hello dear royal air maroc team i booked 6 eco flex ticket for my family under these 2 booking references: RK32B3 KGDZW2 as we used to book that all AT flight from frankfurt to morocco are allowed to have 1 checked bags piece of 23 kg and 1 handbags 10 kg. after i booked and checked the reservation was only 10 kg handbag but no piece of 23 kg.... could u please let me know if is this right or not. we booked the AT flight due to this allowence of checking bags.but unfortunately as i see ,not what i used to have, plz inform me if is possible to get for each memeber 1 piece of 23 kg. thanks r.boutakhrit

Immediately, the flight is delayed. Once in the plane, staff allowed passengers to smoke cigarettes for the hour we waited on the tarmac. After finally landing in Portugal, the ~majority~ of passengers on the flight found that their bags were missing. The count we were given by the guys on the ground was “at least 36”.
This is a great explanation for why many of the app’s most important features: online check-in, baggage locator, simply don’t work and yield a very general error message.
Don’t fly Air Maroc if you can avoid it.

Hi. I hope you read my review. This app can get 5 stars easy. I have 3 major problems with app is app. 1-too slow. 2- never succeeded to choose my seat. 3-never succeeded to pay for my languages. But I was succeeded in checking my flight details.
