I subscribed 4 days back and still Logy not warking

Inconsistent

App stopped working and live support tab does not work.

Works with WiFi only

This application started working a few hours after installation and works well but it quit tracking when the target phone left WiFi connection. Is this normal?

Also, the Live Support feature does not work, the link says the page is not available

Works when it wants

Waste of money and no help from tech support. Have emailed them 3 times and nothing. When it does work, it’s cool. Mostly not working.
