There is a reason why MarinaBaySandsSingapore has a low rating. For a top level hotel, they have choosen a bottom tier APP interface.
Became a member before they required us to make an account with a password. Tried to make an accountant, but app doesn’t take into consideration an older membership.
So when I tried to make a new account, the online application was rejected due to my information already being in their system.
I give the representative at the concierge desk 5 stars for their efforts and time to try and straighten this out, ZERO STARS to MarinaBaySandsSingapore and the concierge’s supervisor who instructed the concierge to keep referring us to use MarinaBaySandsSingapore .
Anyone applying for a membership, new members should have no large problem, but insist on a physical membership card regardless, so that you have your account number and proof of membership in physical form.
