ive casually listened to podcasts for years, but have always been frustrated with podcast apps and the way they’re organized. i can track down the few podcasts i already know, but discovering new ones felt impossible with so many options flooding the feeds. and then theres the problem of podcasts being so long, so i was always stuck listening to the same few podcasts, feeling like i was missing out on the podcast culture that so many rave about, stuck outside of it with no way to get in. TL;DL is the first podcast app ive seen that disrupts the usual model, and does so in very exciting ways. by allowing users to curate moments from podcasts they like, it becomes a hand-picked selection of thought-provoking content that is so easy to jump into and get lost in. ive found more podcasts using TLDLThePodcastPlayerApp in a few days than years of using other podcast apps, and thats not even to mention the social aspect, with profile pictures, followers, likes, etc. its like a podcast discovery tool and social network rolled into one, but in a way that seems to encourage the best aspects of social networks, sharing and discovery. would highly recommend TLDLThePodcastPlayerApp to anyone even passingly interested in podcasts, it’s a game changer.,.
