I really wanted this wholesale company to be great because it seems like they have great products but it’s been nothing but a headache since I placed an order. I’m SO happy I only placed a sample order to test out the material before having any customers order anything. First, I had no choice but to pay express shipping. - I paid more for shipping then I did for the clothes themselves. Second, my order sat in processing for 11+ days. I say 11+ because today is the 11th day. After emailing because my “agent” was useless, I was given a tracking number for an order that had already been shipped! It was the wrong tracking number for my order AND on top of that it had the delivery date for 5/20. It is only April! After pointing this out through email, my agent then told me she would reach out to logistics to further update me with the correct tracking number. Instead, she told me tracking isn’t currently available due to an update in their system. ???? So I paid $16 for express shipping for an order I cannot get tracking information for AND that has been in processing for 11 days. Not to mention the additional 5-9 business days once it is shipped. I’ve asked about a shipping refund or a refund in general and they just ignore the request. This company seems like a scam and it’s ashame. Idk how the other reviews have had such great luck but that definitely had not been the case for me at all.

This company is terrible when it comes to processing and shipping. It has a very bad men’s clothing selection, but overall a better variety of XS clothing and products for women. Its just an issue when trying to receive items especially when i paid the extra money for expedited shipping

I purchased 8 pieces and received 5 so far. All 5 I received is all replicas of what is advertised and very poorly manufactured. This company is false advertising clothing. They take pictures of quality clothes and remake them as that is what they are selling, when is is so obvious it’s not. The romper I purchased is a different print from what is shown and the sizes are completely off. They claim that it is the same print when it clearly is not. The romper I ordered is strictly just light florals, what I got was polka dots and checker print. The shorts are way too big and makes you look like a clown. Like they don’t know a women’s body. The pants I got is suppose to be adult sizes but no way. The XL fits my 10 year old and the fabric is not what is advertised. The jumpsuit same thing fabric is wrong and the side detail is not sewed properly therefore hangs and you can’t see the detail. The strings that make the detail are not sewed properly it is defective. They all look the same size. I take a xl and I can fit a small in both the jumpsuit and romper. The hat I purchased is a weave round hat with a cut out on the top of the head. The weave is poorly done and the weave at the top of the hat does not blend in it sticks out on the top. You can only communicate with them via chat and it’s suppose to be live but they take a hours to a day to respond. They don’t even deserve one star.
