Switching between tabs glitches out, if you close DiveChat and then open it again it makes you log in again the first time but not any other time? And even trying to enter your birthday is weird the selection keeps jumping. Honestly I went into this with an open mind after hearing all of your interns hype it up nonstop for months (and as you can tell, continuing to hype it up in 5 star reviews 🙄) and the user experience was so poor that I don’t want to continue using DiveChat just after 5 minutes.

Besides the bugs, what ever happened to that waitlist? I signed up earlier but never got that “exclusive beta” link.

Also, pay your interns.

Dive Chat should really implement a simple introduction of what each function does because it left me sort of confused going into DiveChat . I can see it to be self-explanatory but it would be best to introduce the features and what they do.
Dive Chat seems to log me out a lot which is inconvenient.
The positives are that I understand what Dive Chat is trying to do and I love the idea behind it and I truly believe that Dive Chat can be the main messaging app for students (if Dive Chat was more polished). I will continue using DiveChat but I am not too sure if I wanna add my organization yet because I wanna see these simple problems be address.

As a college student, involved in many different social scenes and organizations I have struggled with keeping up with announcements and events because of the current messaging platforms that they are using. Messages get lost extremely easy. Dive has changed the game!! DiveChat’s layout is simple and eye pleasing. Within each group I am apart of there are subchats for specifics topics which makes finding information so much easier. I also really appreciate the events portion on Dive. Events are put into a separate page as well as in their specific group. I love DiveChat — my life is so much more organized!

I love how easy dive is to use and the functionality it gives me through creating dive groups. I can already think of so many different groups I’m in that would benefit from this, and I can’t wait to share it with them!

Given that this is a brand new app, I’m impressed with how smoothly everything on it runs, and I’m excited to see all the new features they add to it!

I saw many friends hyping DiveChat up and I’m amazed how it passed my expectations. I love all the subchannels and big channels. Will be useful for the fall with this pandemic going on. a few bugs here and there but that’s expected of course. Some of the low rating comments are a bit harsh. I can see that with little time DiveChat can meet its high setting standards. TRULY revolutionary.

Feeling left out of GroupMe group chats in classes are the worst. I love Dive’s explore feature where you can actually search up the group chat’s name and join without an invitation. The easy-to-use user interface makes DiveChat such a user-friendly experience and I can’t wait until all my college group chats have transitioned into Dive!

I’m a college student who is involved in many student organizations. We use various platforms to communicate, but every platform we use has several flaws. During our first moments with Dive, we immediately noticed the colorful and easy to use interface. Though it’s packed with features, it has a simple layout that anyone can feel comfortable with. There are so many useful features in DiveChat. From creating events, to scheduling, and customizing your experience, the list goes on. DiveChat truly combines the best from GroupMe, Slack, and Facebook Messenger into a single, intuitive app. More organizations need to use DiveChat!

As someone who is part of a large student organization, Dive is my new go to app for easy and organized communication. The channel-based messenger system is very helpful when I am part of multiple group chats under the same group. And the event tab is easy to use yet detailed at the same time. Looking forward to using DiveChat more frequently once my semester starts!

DiveChat, unlike other messaging apps, seems to be much simpler to use all without sacrificing the creative layout it utilizes to make chatting fun and enjoyable. GroupMe is efficient at times, although it does not grasp my attention as I often overlook GroupMe notifications. Dive on the other hand screams attention and helps me keep my conversations in check! Fabulous app so far😉

The creators of DiveChat, college students, did a really good job at making an app for college students. it’s perfect for communication within organizations or even just with friends. it’s super easy to use too which is a huge plus. DiveChat also has some cool features that make it a better option and more user friendly than group me. love DiveChat!

DiveChat is amazing. It is simple and easy to use, only taking a few minutes to understand the whole app. My friends and I have downloaded it and have had incredible chats on it. The events feature helps me know which events are out there. The channels let each chat have different conversations. Overall, 10/10 highly recommend.

Dive Chat is revolutionizing the way students communicate. From the events page to the channel based chats to the “Let’s Hang” ability, DiveChat has stepped up the game.

Previous to Dive many students used Microsoft’s GroupMe to communicate which has a terrible UI and evidently hasn’t been updated in years.

Dive has sleek features that makes it the best group communication platform on the market!

I was not expecting much more from DiveChat than GroupMe or slack or any other group chat but DiveChat has exceeded my expectations and proved me wrong. DiveChat is so organized and easy to use and is a combination of GroupMes simplicity and slacks organization except its 10x BETTER NO CAP. Like both of those apps alone are eh but combined they make Dive and like the best possible version you could think. So I approve. Ima be using this now instead of everything, even iMessage.

I have ways struggled to stay up to date within my student organizations using GroupMe and Messenger. They are extremely chaotic and unorganized! With the spam and the lacking notification system, I found it very difficult to complete assignments and attend events on time. With Dive and it’s Let’s Hang feature, it’s organized groups, it’s event planning, and it’s notification system, DiveChat successfully eliminates all the barriers with communication!

With its unique features including events integration, the let’s hang feature, channel based messaging system, and the 3-panel app layout, it makes it a one stop shop for students! Dive Chat is an awesome app!! It has an incredibly user-friendly interface, so it’s super easy to navigate and create groups. I highly recommend it for people who are taking multiple extracurriculars, as DiveChat makes it exceptionally convenient for staying up to date with group events. Plus it allows you to organize and locate group events which are taking place as well!

An amazing app to use to meet up with people my age as someone in my 20’s.

I really enjoy it since finding the application via Twitter and connecting with like minded people it has done a huge service I really like the different features. The team is always taking feedback on how to be better with new features and it’s definitely more interactive than Facebook and what’s app.

I really love the simplicity and organization of Dive Chat. When I’ve used apps like GroupMe or Slack in the past, I found them to be overwhelming and even spammy at times. They felt so impersonal and convoluted. Dive is perfect for planning anything from a study group to a big student organization because it allows you to chat efficiently and also show you personality. The customization features make you feel some much more like a real person with unique skills to add to your team! Also you don’t have to send annoying links for polls and such because they’re already built into DiveChat !

As a college student who uses Facebook groups, groupme, slack and many more apps for org. communication, professor reviews, and even group chats with friends, I am so excited to finally use an app that combines multiple experiences into one platform! The clean and bright user interface is very Gen Z and engaging - love the attention to detail! My favorite features are definitely let’s hang and finding all the events happening near me in one place! Great app, definitely has the potential to disrupt the group messaging market.
