Amazing fitness app
Awesome fitness app for french speakers ! Programs are very well done, Sissy, Tini and all the trainers are doing all the exercises with you which makes it way easier ! I love all of the SWEAT programs, there are great for all levels ! The EAT part is also a great asset, it gives you plenty of new recipes ideas. New content is loaded very often on the app, you’ll never get bored I can assure you ! If you speak French and you are looking for a great fitness app that won’t ruin you, just go for it !

Sissy, Tiny and all the other coaches are the best ever!!! I have been doing their programs for months and i have nothing but the best to say about it all. You really feel like you are a part of a family. They always push you to be the best and give the best of you every time. Meilleurs programmes de fitness. Je me sens bcp mieux dans mon corps. C’est vraiment la meilleure décision de cette année 2020. Je les adooooooooooore!!!!
