I was excited for ColorStreetStylistApp, it would make management so much easier as I do most of my work from the phone. I downloaded ColorStreetStylistApp it worked just fine and then it didn’t. I cannot log in anymore even with changing the password. If others have this problem and it’s known please fix it.

I get notifications but then can’t open ColorStreetStylistApp . Then have to uninstall and reinstall to try to get it to work, and even then most of the time it doesn’t load. It’s a great idea and so much info available when it works, but that’s a rare occurrence. I wish they would fix the functionality because it would be an amazing resource.

I download ColorStreetStylistApp a few days ago and I can’t log in. I log in just fine on the website. App says "Error User not found". I clicked on App Support link on iTunes to get help. It took me to a site with a form. Submitting the form doesn't do anything. Instead it opens up my Apple mail.i don't even use Apple mail so I can't send them a message. Looks like the last update must've broken ColorStreetStylistApp .

Unable to delete any notifications. They don’t change to read after I read them and they don’t go away after I click on trash can to delete. Also get multiple notifications of same messages

To shop, it doesn’t bring up the list when I click shop all for quite some time!

I’ve tried on both platforms and cannot get credit for watching the training videos. I had no issues before this last update.

I really enjoy the trainings. I’ve used ColorStreetStylistApp for the business updates, such as checking sales, group sales. My contacts and also calendar.

There for I have started doing the training videos. I love them, especially the foundation video. Put I am not getting my points for doing the Videos or the quizzes

Then shouldn’t that be posted somewhere, instead of leaving stylists in the wind unable to log in? Rated 3 for loving the idea of ColorStreetStylistApp , but disappointed in the lack of information available, if it is in fact a beta release.

Recent update still didn’t fix the issue of push notifications not working. Still not receiving any as well as some other colorstreet stylists. These have always worked until recently and I’ve reported this issue several times and they’ve not been able to fix it. The only way to know if there’s a notification at this point is to manually check ColorStreetStylistApp in notifications or if you get an email. Disappointing

But it’s super buggy. App crashes when trying to view Trng videos. Even trying to view different ones the same thing happens. Then the completion points don’t load automatically. Switching from screen to screen require long load time whether on wifi or lte. It seems to work for a few minutes after restarting my phone, and then ColorStreetStylistApp crashes again.
I really want to rate ColorStreetStylistApp higher but until the bugs are worked out I just can’t.

When ColorStreetStylistApp is working, it’s just what I need, al in one place. Unfortunately, it won’t load the initial screen fully (on my iPhone anyway) so I have to delete and re-download every couple of weeks. Fix the stability for iPhone users, and this is a 5 star app.

Only problem I am having is when doing the training sessions. If the video is longer than 15 minutes ColorStreetStylistApp shuts down when the video is done and I have to sign in again. Then I don’t get credit for watching the video so I have to rewatch it. Not a big deal but I have watched the same four about six times and the same thing keeps happening.

Great app but suddenly the home screen PV & GV section is not working. Just says loading and nothing ever loads. Forced closed and still didn’t fix it.

Great to have my virtual office wherever I go! My only complaint is that the main app screen doesn’t update with the PV #’s regularly. My up to date # within VO is correct but the main screen is several orders behind.

I love how everything is all in one place! I can access just about everything I need, which makes it so much easier and faster! I absolutely love ColorStreetStylistApp !!

ColorStreetStylistApp is amazing. I am truly loving having this while in the go or when I’m to lazy to go get my laptop. Lol. So much great information right on your phone. Not to mention the fact that we basically get paid to have ColorStreetStylistApp . Way to go CS.

LOVE that we can access VO and social media all in one place! The training is awesome and very helpful!would love an iPad version, but patience I know! 😝 Thanks Color Street, another job well done!

ColorStreetStylistApp has improved so much since Aug 2020. Very easy to use and navigate. Definitely recommend for all Color Street independent stylist!

I’ve done everything I can possibly think of to get onto ColorStreetStylistApp and it just won’t work super annoying why have all these testers for ColorStreetStylistApp and still release and app that doesn’t work! Hope they get this fixed soon because it’s just annoying

I keep getting an error message that user is not found, however I can get into the website just fine. Hope they fix this bug soon.

Training Videos & tasks are not syncing to show the points after watching/doing them. I’ve watched some of the videos multiple times and still nothing. Close ColorStreetStylistApp and reload, will work maybe once, then not again.
