L11 watch I got it and YouthHealth not working in iPhone phones it’s saying illegal device. It’s not worth the money. And it’s not working as it supposed to. Safe ur money and buy better watch it’s worthless watch unless you want to use it just to see the time! I’ve been trying 2 days to connect it to my iPhone 11 pro.

Zero star was not a choice but well-deserved for a watch and software that simply does not work, and keeps resetting inputs and wrong time spontaneously; Basically this renders patient watch useless even at giving time not to mention false promises regarding O2sat, EKG, etc - no customer support

I saw a sale on Chinese smart watches, $37. Well.. you get what you pay for…
- temp: high and low is great.. current doesn’t update and is centigrade # with “F” label HAH
- Sleep tracked the first night, not the second
when I woke up the time was WAY off, and it was Saturday, after syncing it was back to normal
- Doesn’t support emojis
- can’t upload faces, despite the software having them…
- Sleep History shows 00/00 00h 00m despite having tracked one night

The Vital Tracker Pro looks good - sleek and not overpowering on a small wrist. That’s why it earned one star. Everything else about this Tracker is not good. Period. It comes without instructions, just a QR code that gets you to YouthHealth. I had to contact customer support to get real setup and use instructions. Once I had that info, I was able to make it all work like it’s supposed to... for a couple of hours. Then it vibrated and dumped all my data and settings. All the steps for the day, sleep data, everything went back to zero. An hour later, it vibrates and my setting were back, but not my data. Today I woke up and started a new day with my tracker; had steps, etc. for about 1/2 day. Then, once again, it vibrated and it’s all back to zero. Not at all happy.
As far as YouthHealth goes, it is fairly worthless. No instructions for using with the Tracker, doesn’t keep personalized settings, and without a properly functioning Tracker, what is the point? Don’t waste your money.

1 star because YouthHealth won’t connect to watch using either an iPhone or my android. I get the message illegal device, use genuine. Now I can’t sync my watch so the time is wrong. Please fix ASAP!

It was working just fine, but when I went to open YouthHealth the morning it immediately closed. There doesn’t seem to be an update available. I knew it was too good to be true. Now it’s just a watch I guess. Ugh.

There’s no way to keep the settings, the watch should be connected to the phone of not , it loose parameters, etc.

I could not connect watch and iPhone via app. It keeps closing all the time. Please update YouthHealth . Of not the watch would be the junk.

L11 Watch face keeps crashing with my iphone 11 pro. Please update the watch firmware asap. It is totally unusable.

Under units, your choice is metric or imperial. Under imperial the normal units are inches and pounds. My app shows inches ok, but under weight it comes up LIBS, with a range of 0-68. I googled LIBS and it does not exist. There is no conversation to pounds. I set my units to metric and input correct data and saved it. I then switch units to imperial. My height was correct, but my weight came up as 38 libs whatever that means.

Bought as a cheap fitness watch and YouthHealth is about the only way to retrieve data but it doesn’t work much. Instructions are poor, and include strange promises like monitoring blood pressure and displaying EKG as well
as blood oxygen %. The control buttons are unreliable, although it makes a Bluetooth connection my iPhone no data captured. The analog watch face is nice but turns off in about 5 seconds with no way to adjust. A good lesson in not buying cheap.

I got this under the impression it could also monitor my O2 saturation while trying to exercise..Yea no... Can’t get it off metric system or the 24 clock ( clock least annoying,but annoying nonetheless). Trying to unhinge the band to enable charging was ridiculous, I’m not sure if I bent the connector in my attempt or if it was like that from the get go making it more difficult. What a piece of crap! I’m going back to my outdated Fitbit till I can get a new one!!

My watch Version 3.4 and YouthHealth say it not a original watch so plz fix this and I’ll give a better review

It worked a few months but now it doesn’t even open.

Data too little to save Not too litter to save … what a junk watch … need to stop buying when I see it on Facebook lol ..

This is the third watch... bought one and it has been replaced twice now at no additional cost. It looks good so I gave it one star. But..... it is useless. It bleeps off every few hours and goes back to 9AM and deletes all data. So what good is it? Doesn’t have an option for 24 hour day. Weight only goes up to 68.0 lbs. What?!? YouthHealth hooked to this watch is useless. Absolutely useless.

Can someone tell me how to change the language to English on YouthHealth ?

Have same problems with the watch like all other users. After 2 months of satisfac- tory operation "Tipps was shown" illegal device, please use genuine. The watch is one of the best smartwatches if it works. So I lookes for a solution: For all users: The watch works without any problem with the app "WEARPRO"!!!! So install and have pleasure with your L11.

My watch does not registrade sleep... what to do ?

I don't know why today this apps tell me my L11 watch is illegal but I have evrything and I buy it from online. Please give your ans.

My watch came in and i connected to your app like it said to. Now the said upgrade watch so i started it, upgrade want go past 40% and my watch is now complete black and it does is vibrate. I also checked bluetooth and the app keeps losing connection I liked my watch until I used this app. Now what am I supposed to do? No watch and Its like I just wasted my money on this watch all because I connected it to your app that doesn't work. If it worked properly I imagine it would be a great app matched with the watch.
