My Samsung is not collecting any points today and neither are my two hotspots, two Samsung phones. Everything was in perfect working order yesterday.

To resolve Nodle Cash Wallet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Nodle Cash Wallet App
1. On android, goto Settings » Nodle Cash Wallet » click [Force Stop]

Clear Nodle Cash Wallet App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Nodle Cash Wallet » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Nodle Cash Wallet.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Nodle Cash Wallet » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Nodle Cash Wallet » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Nodle Cash Wallet
