How to fix Nodle app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Nodle app on iPhone
Update Nodle app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Nodle iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Nodle on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Nodle network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Nodle Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Nodle not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Nodle App
1. On android, goto Settings » Nodle » click [Force Stop]

Update Nodle to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Nodle App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Nodle » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Nodle.

Fix Nodle unable to contact server/ Nodle internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Nodle » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Nodle » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
