I have spent so much time and money on this game and I have gotten so so far. Until one day it logged me completely out of the game. (I logged in through facebook, always with no problem). I tried signing in using my facebook login information, the information I signed up with, but no luck. It would try to make me create a completely new account. It would keep doing this over and over. I contacted support over 5 times and they said the same each time, automated messages each time, no actual help. I never signed in with an email or dalcom ID and they said that I did, and didn’t help me get my account back. I spent hours and hours trying to log back in with no luck. I am so upset because I worked so so hard and was so happy with how far I got. I deleted the app and I’m not getting it again. Very very upset.

Just because an artist leaves doesn’t mean remove them from a game. Think about the fans especially me as a Monbebe we need to see a complete group. Had you started the game with ot6 fine but you started the game with ot7 so what even. If you sooo desire make a new tab for MX with ot6 stuff. Honestly your going to lose players and lose profit when so many of us that downloaded the game was for MX. No Wonho = not much profit for you. Plus fandoms are hurting so you just adding to the pain. Not just here for Wonho but also JYP Skz fans with Woojin. Think about it if you really want to care for the players that play your games.

Had an account with my email but now it’s saying that that information is incorrect so now all of my progress is gone. This is my second time being forced to start from the beginning. Had this problem too with Superstar Pledis and the other Superstar games that I’ve tried and made an account with. I’m done. It isn’t fair to work so hard and get all the cards I want to the highest grade, and then having my progress wiped out.
