ChronicInsights is great, basically exactly what i was looking for! Its not completely free if you want the 3d model features, there’s a basically $30/year subscription, but i honestly think it’s reasonable for the usefulness if you struggle with describing your symptoms in words. Definitely rather have that than ads that would play at the doctor, so i think in this context it makes sense even though I’m not the biggest fan of subscriptions. Very glad there’s free trial!
A couple of weird quirks/seemingly missing features;
1) The 3d modeling feature pauses music, and ChronicInsights seemingly randomly pauses music outside of it as well. Not the world’s largest issue or anything, but I basically keep sound playing 24/7 for my sensory issues, so it is a bit jarring to enter things in because of it.
2) I really wish there was an option to view an overall heatmap/timeline that includes all of your symptoms on one model, but that may be hard to accomplish depending on the backend of ChronicInsights . Having symptoms sorted by type is very useful for tracking trends with specific symptoms, but it makes you have to jump between multiple models when looking at overall pain. Once again not make or break, but it would really increase usability in my opinion
3) I also wish there was options to erase color you’ve put down in case you make a mistake and don’t notice it in time to undo. I also wish there was an option to move the location of text boxes, but not the place they’re pinned to for when you have multiple notes in one day in the same place
4) I wish when you were entering in durations, you could put in a star and stop time rather than only being able to enter in an actual duration of time ; like 4 pm to 6 pm rather than it being entered in as 4 pm for 2 hours. The current format makes it a bit hard for things without even duration amounts to be entered.
Very much like ChronicInsights and I’m quite excited to see how it improves, I wish you all the spoons and low pain days my friend
