This service is a scam.
Not sure they are still in business but you have Qaar you are asked to top up BEFORE you can request a car and then there are no cars available and you can’t get your money back. It’s in Qaar ’s bank account and there is no refund option.
They are holding my money hostage, nobody replies to chat, email or support requests and there are never any cars.

everytime i request a drive, no matter what time it is. There is NEVER a driver. it always states, “ i’m sorry but there is no available drivers in your area at the moment.” I added money to the “Qaash” feature and i haven’t been able to use it due to this complication.
