App crashes every time I try to open it

The app crashes whenever I tap on it. I haven’t been able to login. Flagging so hopefully the glitch can be fixed as I’ve tried everything on my end- including contacting customer service.

The idea is good to use the phone app to scan into the building but fails to work too often. I end up having to go to the lobby and show my driver's license, etc.
