I used my apple id for my subscription and I can’t use the same id for my TV. It’s very disappointing since I and my family really wanted to enjoy the drama on big screen. Sad that I have to unsubscribe and look for new app where I can use same subscription. I hope you guys can find a solution ASAP. Good luck!

I saw in their app most videos are not free. It's shouldn't. You can change your policy. It can be helpful for everybody. If you change your primer to free, then I will give you a 5-star rating on Bongo store.

I subscribed to it for a month Bunch of tv shows and episodes unable in Bongo although every single time clicks to watch content Bongo automatically gets closes & came to my phone's home screen. That's not worth it. I'm requesting the developer to fix this issue please ASAP.

Even you pay monthly fee..Mostly 90% u cannot watch.
And also very poor video quality

I enjoy 4k streams on Netflix without any buffer but this this app app takes ages to load and keeps reloading after playing any content. Keep in mind my internet connection is fine but Bongo keeps loading.

So many problem I face in apps.. suddenly stopes the video without no reason and most of the time do not play video and show “oops! Something went wrong please try again later* :3

Honestly why are we even paying for subscription even if you can’t fix Bongo for a reputable platform like ios?What are you guys doing with the money? Fix this buggy mess asap

Bongo is a junk product. No movies or dramas are playing on Bongo even though I have subscribed. They start taking money without thinking about the users, these are becoming digital cheater.

Their support is also very poor. The phone number doesn't work, and I don't receive replies from their Facebook chat. It's quite frustrating.

I tried to connect my Insignia smart tv and the this app TV app is not available. Also, the performance of Bongo is really slow. I am not able to enjoy a single show. Just spinning the circle. They charge me $2.99 for a month and I am not able to open any show or tv channel.

I created my this app account by signing up with facebook in web. Then i bought the subscription package in this account. But when I downloaded their app in my iPhone, i found that Bongo only offers logging in using phone number or apple id. So I can’t login to my account in Bongo which has subscription activated.

The development team of Bongo need to work more for Bongo ’s development. It’s not smooth to use at all. and also need to add more features.

Can’t watch good portions of the contents from USA cause they are regionally locked

Your content is super. But, apps player for iOS is worst!!! Please develop the player in iOS apps.

Nice app. But it would be more exciting if Bongo supports google Chromecast. Mr. Developer, you can think about it.

The apps is great. We can watch it only in iPhone and iPad. Why don’t you release the apps for Apple TV. Then we can watch it on big screen. No apps for Apple TV. So giving 4 star.

Hi there , happy to use Bongo . No connectivity issue. Flawless. On my iPhone x 1 cm red border occupies upper left half of the screen. That happens only on full screen mode. Rotation automatically goes back to portrait even if you keep the phone horizontally. Hope next updates will fix this issues.
