I tried to purchase bongo yearly subscription, but due to insufficient fund in my bkash account, I couldn't subscribe it, but now I am trying to complete the subscription process, but the system is not letting me to do it, they are suggesting to unsubscribe first, but as my subscription was not done initially they are not showing my account from where I can unsubscribe. This is very inconvenient, Please provide support.

This app is rubbish

I enjoy 4k streams on Netflix without any buffer but this bongo app takes ages to load and keeps reloading after playing any content. Keep in mind my internet connection is fine but this app keeps loading.
