Follow these steps to resolve intermittent G2E app issues:

Force Stop the G2E App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click G2E app. » click "Force Stop".

Update G2E to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear G2E App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "G2E app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch G2E.

Fix G2E unable to contact server/ G2E internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click G2E » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got G2E » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch G2E on android.
