I just joined and I'm not able to hear sound, I sent a message for help using the contact us feature for help but no one has replied yet -
I have access to the e-book which seems to be easy to read, black letters white background, -
I see the beginning of a video but it is silent however my phone speakers are on and their video appears to have the speaker on the on position -
what I don't like is that for one price at the beginning, I joined however , when I try to use the features from the app new charges appeared, so I prefer to be told how much the whole price is instead of trying to add prices every time I try to use the app to its fullest.

When I first opened the app, it presented an offer to “unlock the full app” for $2.99 plus kill the ads for another $1.99. I bit. But the “full app” is not unlocked. You get the videos but not the eBook or the Audiobook. Another ad just pops up and offers a purchase for those, too.
I wouldn’t have bought the “full app” if I knew it wasn’t the “full app.” This is false advertising and fraud.

I have emailed support three times since September when I joined. No one has answered my response! My email isn’t good that I signed up with, which found out after I signed up. Can’t get it changed, it continues to tell me to verify my email. I tried to sign in under new account, but can’t do that either without verifying my email first. Very frustrating!
