This app and its developers should be sued. I’m
A golf pro that mentors over 50 golf professionals worldwide. My clients submit swings of their problem students for me to review. The reviews take between 5-12 minutes. On average, this app fails to work correctly once a week. From lines appearing in the finish product that I never drew, to the video not playing, to a blank screen, I’ve wasted more hours than I could ever count using this app, and I will spend every moment I have available preventing others from using it. They don’t respond quickly and when they do their techs use emojis instead of words. It’s a joke that should be avoided by any serious sports coach

The features the app has to offer for telestration are great, but more than once a day I will have a decompression error message or it will say something about the app not updating properly and the only way to fix it is by deleting and redownloading the app. This often happens more than once a day and causes me to work way longer than I should be. This could be an iPad only issue, but it is getting very old very fast.

This app made it a lot easier for me to teach. I am very busy and have a lot of students, so I could simply reflect on our previous lessons and hit the ground running. My students could get a lot more out of their time alone by simply taking a look before they practiced and played on their own, rather than taking notes. Most people are visual learners, and being able to draw lines, comparisons to previous swings and model swings is hugely helpful. It’s easy to use and my most vital business expense (tax deductible). No brainer. Also, very happy that in my new position, our performance center already uses the app, which is becoming the standard to have. It’s free for students and easy to download onto smart phones. Not much else I can say, it’s just really good and easy to use.
