I never had issues with the previous app but was pushed to download the new app today.
Today I was trying to place an order for a gift, then one for myself.
Order 1 - send to new address
- added a new address in ship flow, errored out when saving the new address. Had to start checkout again, new address was there.
- paying with new card added as payment method. States CCV was wrong, tried again, then processed with same CCV
- states to link my membership card, entered number and it told me was already linked - still charged me the $6.99 for shipping
Order 2 - sent to me
- four new books were in my cart that I never put after my first order was placed
- when I go to checkout there is a random persons name, address, and card information
- when I try to change to my own shipping info, selecting one of the saved addresses, it tells me that the address is not valid. When I try to edit the address and save it tells me there are multiple issues, even when selecting the suggested address.
At this point I can’t place an order, and also was charged $6.99 over on my original order.
Please give us the old app back. What a mess 😞

I had tried to purchase a book and set up my payment method and billing address when I ran into the first issue of it not save so I could proceed any further. Then it jumped me to the Home Screen of my phone. Got back into the app, it had me back at the sign in area. I tried signing in 50 or more times, literally, and it would not let me sign in. It jump be back to the beginning. I check if the app needed updated..it was already done. Checked if it was my phone by going through all the steps and shut down and rebooting. I deleted and redownloaded the app multiple of times. Nothing worked. This sadly is the worst app I’ve came across on performance and maintenance wise. At this point..I guess I want be messing with the app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

I was really excited when I found out I could use the app to keep track of my stamps and rewards! However, it came out to be pretty disappointing. I'm constantly being logged out every few hours and when I go to log back in, it tells me my password is wrong. I know this statement is false because I can log into my account on their website with ease using the same password. It's unfortunate that the app doesn't work as it was intended, but I'm glad the alternative is just using the website. I like the interface of the website a lot more too. I really hope that the app develops into something great where it becomes more user friendly!
