My app icon is a solid black square, making it hard to locate in my apps on my screen. Also, I am signed up to receive all notifications, but none have been coming through since switching from our original app platform about 2 weeks ago.

I have updated my phone and I still cant get PinnacleLiving to work. I give my phone number and then the info it needs. It then sends me a number but the screen to input the number goes black and I can do nothing else. Please fix so I can get my apartments notifications!

Why even have an email option when the ppl on the other side never respond. I end up going to the office anyway

Asks for phone number, click next. Select building and enter name and email. Can't click next, goes nowhere. Signup for new residents doesn't work. Broken app.
