Problems
My app icon is a solid black square, making it hard to locate in my apps on my screen. Also, I am signed up to receive all notifications, but none have been coming through since switching from our original app platform about 2 weeks ago.

Doesnt work - cant sign up
I have updated my phone and I still cant get the app to work. I give my phone number and then the info it needs. It then sends me a number but the screen to input the number goes black and I can do nothing else. Please fix so I can get my apartments notifications!

Lack of communication thru app
Why even have an email option when the ppl on the other side never respond. I end up going to the office anyway
