I cannot figure out how to unsubscribe. I have been giving $10 for years and now there is no way to unsubscribe and no way to contact anyone for help. Please let me know how to rectify this.
I am very excited to use your app but, I am unable to sign up for an account. I have to upload my picture in order to create the account, but it just sits at 0% for over half an hour. I have tried this more than 3 times. I am going to have to uninstall it until the correction is made.
I can't login my account it keeps showing me something went wrong and i have been using the account for months now it started all of a sudden..
I keep trying to create an account and it’s not allowing me to type in and enter my email information as well as my password the only thing that allows me to do is click on my profile type view the terms and conditions and the continue button. However I am not able to create an account through the user interface homepage and there’s definitely an update that needs to be done, I’m wondering if this app is still even being managed by a person because when I look at other reviews they are also receiving issues with approval for their accounts
I'm getting messages from the website, but when it comes time for me to login I am getting a message (This account still requires admin approval!!! And the message from my e-mail states that I can NOW begin viewing sites :( So I'm confused!!!

Just signing up and it’s not working right

I can’t even sign up without it taking forever or the screen staying blank. I’m not even on and it doesn’t work right. I like the concept but I know I’m not the only one with these problems. I want to keep it but not if I’m already having trouble signing up. Please fix it. We could have something greater than Facebook if it’s done right.
*Edit: App still takes forever to load. The design needs work, it could look a little more eye appealing too. Also, I don’t mind paying for subscriptions but I’m not paying for something that doesn’t even work properly. You can’t say support black business if you not putting out a good quality product. This app is not good quality yet so don’t expect people to jump at paying for something that they can barely use.*

I am truly disgusted with you guys! First I pay my money to help “us” grow and then my account doesn’t work. Then I send a message to try and rectify the issue and I’m met with a response that was more like a spit in my face! The email I received had absolutely nothing to do with the issue, proving you don’t care about or respect me as a user! I wanted a refund but I already know that won’t happen. So keep the lil faunky $10! Y’all obviously need it more than me. I wish I’d never subscribed to this piece of crap or had 25 of my friends to join either! They all paid and all have some sort of issue. Now everyone is looking to me as if it’s my fault your site is crappy! I so disgusted that this is a black owned company. Shame on you Melanated People!!!
Registered for Site but can’t even log on

I was excited to download this app and explore the site. I completed the sign up process and received the email stating that I am approved. Used the link that was provided in the email to log in...and couldn’t. I kept receiving error messages and messages that stated that I needed to be approved by an admin to join. If the sign up is this convoluted then I can only imagine what it’s like inside the site. I tried responding to the email but that got kicked back. Tried finding a contact us portion on the site but I could not because I couldn’t sign in.
Deleting the app from my phone within less than 12 hours since trying to sign up. It’s not worth the headache for me.
