Since one week I’m trying to upload my ID. The worst bank with arrogant people . With other banks it’s always possible to solve the problem by phone but here they arrogantly send you to the app which is not working. Really finishing with this bank.

Neintuitivní, obtěžující, složité. Odporně černé rozhraní. Ultrasložité názvy bez vysvětlení k čemu to je. Podobně debilní jako Česká spořitelna kolem r. 2000. Bohužel neexistuje jiné řešení, které banka nabízí, pokud se bezplatně chcete přihlásit ke svému účtu.
